meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yin Weiqi from the Administration Department, and the company's chairman, general manager, and representatives from various departments attended the meeting.

Firstly, the general manager announced the company's policy for 2018: perfection, precision, innovation, and sharing. And a detailed explanation was given around this eight character policy. Mr. Pan mentioned in his speech that in 2017, the company achieved growth against the current in the market recession, changed its production mode, established a foothold in the new energy industry, and further consolidated its international advantages. But there are also shortcomings, such as the need to improve technical strength and insufficient production capacity and momentum. In 2018, the company aims to achieve a group sales revenue of over 200 million, obtain IATF16949 quality system certification, improve the level of the R&D team, and further provide customers with satisfactory products and services.

Next, each department conducted a summary report on their work in 2017 and announced their departmental policies and goals for 2018. In the final discussion session, each department freely expressed their opinions and provided suggestions for the company's development, pushing the meeting to a new climax!
