Open letter from the chairman to all employees

We haven't seen each other since we parted ways on January 20, 2020, and I miss everyone very much. A sudden outbreak of coronavirus has disrupted our daily life and work pace, causing us to be unable to start work as scheduled. Everyone must be as anxious as I am.

Yesterday, we passed the acceptance inspection by the leaders of the industrial zone and received high praise for our successful acceptance. The approval of the construction permit this time is thanks to the company's administrative department for giving up rest and automatically working overtime during the holidays. The tedious process from contact to statistical declaration involves purchasing necessary protective equipment, advertising, registering accounts, and arranging employees' quarantine in a tight and orderly manner within a short period of time.

The first stage of work practice has been completed. How can we ensure both normal production and the safety of everyone? This is a challenge for each and every one of us. To be honest, for the sake of everyone's peace, delaying the start of work is the best strategy. How unbearable it is to make everyone wear masks and work for a day. But customers will chase us for delivery, so we have no way out. We can only face the difficulties in this tough battle, and I firmly believe that our employees, under the reasonable command of the company, will be able to win this battle of epidemic prevention and production promotion.

For epidemic prevention work, it is necessary to strictly wear masks according to requirements, wash hands frequently, avoid crossing posts, isolate within the factory, and minimize communication (face-to-face) as much as possible. I hope everyone must cherish their lives and protect themselves, because this epidemic cannot end in a short time, and protecting oneself is also for your family. During this extraordinary period, the company will implement strict management systems, and we hope everyone can understand them. In addition, the leaders of the development zone will conduct regular inspections, and if there are any abnormalities, we will be ordered to stop work.

I think when the epidemic ends, the country will definitely usher in a great economic stimulus situation. So we must fight this battle with a scientific attitude, and then we will usher in a new spring.

Propose the following requirements:

1. No overtime during the epidemic period

2. Urgent tasks need to be coordinated and rushed

3. It is recommended to work from home if conditions permit

4. Newly arrived personnel who are not satisfied with the quarantine period must not be hired

5. The principle of putting life first in everything

6. Mutual assistance, mutual supervision, and ensuring safety

7. The administrative department shall purchase epidemic prevention products in a timely manner, distribute epidemic prevention products on time, conduct regular inspections, and make regular declarations
